Abhord Quickstart Guide (March 2026 Refresh)
This refreshed, practical guide gets new Abhord users live fast—covering setup, your first multi-LLM survey, reading results, competitor tracking, and how to act on insights. Notes labeled “New in 2026” call out recent changes and recommendations.
1) Initial setup and configuration
1) Create your workspace
- Organization > Workspaces > New. Name it after your brand or product line.
- Add SSO (Okta, Google, Microsoft) and invite teammates. Assign roles: Admin, Analyst, Viewer.
- Set data retention and PII redaction defaults.
2) Define your brand entities
- Add domains, sub-brands, product names, app store listings, social handles, and common aliases/misspellings.
- Map canonical entities (e.g., “Acme,” “Acme Inc.,” “ACME CRM”) to a single brand ID.
3) Seed intents and regions
- Upload a CSV or paste seed queries grouped by intent: informational, comparative, transactional, support.
- Choose markets and languages (e.g., United States-English, Germany-German). Abhord localizes prompts per locale.
